Un tel enneigement à cette période de l'année est un peu exceptionnel, une tempête ayant sévi la veille de notre randonnée. Heureusement le lendemain le temps était suffisemment dégagé pour nous permettre une sortie ensoleillée et pas trop froide, qui fut aussi, tenez vous bien, mon record de bronzage en une année d'Ecosse !
Such snowy conditions at this period of the year is a bit exceptionnal, since a storm had happen the day before our walk. Luckily the following day weather was clear enough to allow us a sunny trip and not too cold as well, and which was also, open your ears, my record of sun-tan in a whole year spent in Scotland !
Le début de la randonnée fut très brumeux; le soleil se dégagea seulement lors de la descente de Creagh Mhor.
The beginning of the walk was very misty; the sun started to appear during the way down Creagh Mhor
 Me voila déclenchant une avalanche (la boule deviendra grosse comme moi !)
It's me starting an avalanche (the bowl has become as big as me !)

Notre ami très Ecossais Darren, a effectué intégralement les 10h de marche (avec parfois les températures au sommet sous 0'C !) en kilt, et conformément a la tradition (c'est a dire rien dessous)
Our very Scottish friend Darren, made the integral 10h of walk (sometimes with summit temperatures under 0'C !) in kilt, and in accordance to the tradition (ie. nothing under)

Entre deux nuages, Loch Lyon accepte bien de nous devoiler sa surface dorée réfléchissant la montagne

En se rapprochant du sommet, Beinn Dorain apparaît dans le col

Le sommet de Ben Lawers émerge au loin.
The summit of Ben Lawers emerge far away. 		Nous progressons durant des heures dans un desert de coton
We progress for few hours in a desert made of cotton
Nous revoila enfin dans la vallée de la rivière Lachay
We are back in the valley of the Lachay river 		Le soleil couchant commence à illuminer en rose les cîmes environnantes déjà fondantes.
The sun going down is starting to illuminate in pink the already melting surrounging peaks.
