Premier week-end trip de l'année, éloigné au possible de nos montagnes habituelles du Sud. Ces images ne représentent pas aussi fidèlement que je l'aurai souhaité la beauté du Wester Ross, région de l'Extrême Nord Ecossais au dessus de l' Ile de Skye et si déserte qu'un nouvelle impression jamais ressentie auparavant m'envahit, celle d'être vraiment seul au milieu de la vraie Ecosse, la sauvage. Randonner ici revêt un goût d'aventure.
First week-end trip of the year, as far as possible from our usual Southern mountains. These pictures do not represent as faithful as I had wished the beauty of the Wester Ross, region of the very North of Scotland, upside the Isle of Skye, and so desertic that a have new impression, never felt before, to be really alone in the middle of the real Scotland, the wild one. Hiking here is taking a taste of adventure.

Cona Mheall, que nous monterons par la suite, sous une eclaircie. Nous longeons un mur de pierre qui court jusqu'en haut de Ben Dearg. Mais qui diable a pu donc hisser jusqu'ici tous ces blocs de granite ?
Cona Mheall, that we will climb after, under a ray of light. We walk along a stone wall running until the top of Ben Dearg. But who the hell was able to pull until here all these blocks of granite ?
